Alignment procedures common to most lasers

 

Note: The following procedure assumes the laser is:

  1. Operating at the correct plasma tube voltage (see spec. sheet)

  2. Optics and brewster windows are clean

  3. Cathode is OK ( call ELC  )

  4. Tube starts (draws current)
