Part of a well remanufactured laser is cathode replacement. Regas ( re-charge ) alone will not give you reliable service from your laser. It can actually damage your laser and prevent further remanufacture attempts. 

Replacement of Brewster windows and / or sealed mirrors is another key to laser lifetime. Another part of laser remanufacturing.

At Evergreen Laser we replace a LOT of Cathodes, windows and mirrors to ensure a reliable laser. 

The technology we use incorporates the best in the industry. Every manufacturer has advantages and dis-advantages. Evergreen Laser Corporation has taken the advantages that each manufacturer has to offer and we build these advantages into each laser we remanufacture. On some occasion, some tubes have very low hours and require a pump down, we will do that but this is not a remanufacture.
